Students Vote
Some people promote themselves to serve the city (or that's what they tell us), and others do so obviously to get rich. Today, we are checking out both kinds of people:
- Watch the videos on the municipalities and school boards in Ontario. Find the list of candidates running in our Ward.
- Vote for the following:
- Mayor
- Councillor
- School Board Trustee
Today I could watch the film about "Government and Democracy", What I understood was:

-Governments divide to those:
1- want share the power or not,
2-want give the right and freedom to their people or not
Usually the governments divide to:
-Autocracy=Operated by One person or ruler
-Theocracy=Ruled by religious authorities
-Democracy=Is a government where power held by all the people
In these countries they exercise rule of law and have limits on the power of the government,citizen have freedom of speech and access to power candidate for election.

Actually, I should choose the candidates according to his or her proposal programmed,but unfortunately this time because I am not a Canadian citizen so I choose them by chance.
