Five Lovely Tasks

 

Good morning everyone,

As we all know that our graduation party is very close. So as a way to be prepared for it, I have added a second song for the whole school that we will sing together. You are asked to answer the following tasks and as we are used to do, you will post the answers on your own blogs for me to check.

Task 1:

Listen to this song and pick up five antonyms from the song's lyrics. The song's name is ''So this is Christmas''

Task 2:

Find words in the songs that mean:

1. Battle
2. Terror
3. Beloved
4. Wish

Task 3:

Go on this website and read all the explanation for the highlighted parts, and then find the following:

1. Four new vocabulary for you and put them in sentences of your own
2. Two pieces of information that you have learned from this song
3. Write a short paragraph explaining why you think this song is very good and suitable for this season.

Task 4:

Practice singing the three following songs:

Task 5:

Write around 50 words max as feedback on Friday and Monday's job search workshop. List at least three reasons for your opinion. Edit your work with help from two to three of your classmates, and then post on your blogs for checking J.
