Scanning Job Advertisements
Good afternoon everybody,
In order for us to write a proficient resume, we need to scan job advertisements
as well.
Here are three good websites that you can scan: Job Bank, Monster.ca, and Charity Village
Task 1:
Pick one/two relevant jobs for yourself from each website.
Task 2:
Try to match your resume with the target job description.
Task 3:
After “tailoring” your resume, please ask two of your peers to edit it
for you, sign down their names, and post it on your blog.
P.S. if someone doesn't feel comfortable posting his/her resume on the
blog, you are free to send it to me after editing; however, if not at least two people have edited it, I won’t
be able to check it for you!
Please try to benefit from each others’ experience and knowledge.
